Usha is an accomplished and experienced workshop facilitator who has trained many pre primary and primary school teachers across India in effectively using storytelling techniques as an effective teaching tool in the classroom.

Usha has also trained teachers across India in STEAM Storytelling and pioneered the first Science Storytelling Festival - SCIFARI 2019 -  Exploring Science through stories.

Usha offers storytelling performances and workshops for children and adults. 

She offers professional development and training programs for a wide range of industry professionals. In the past she has conducted training programs for budding storytellers, corporate leaders, teachers, professors, journalists, hospital administrators and career counsellors. She is also a visiting faculty at TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences), Mumbai and Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai.

Usha is passionate about animal advocacy and has worked with animal rights activists.
