Bharat FM is proud to present - “his glasses” - a coming together of storytelling and abhinaya seen through the haikai lens. This presentation hopes to awaken your mind once again to Bapu - his personality and what he stood for in the freedom we breathe today. Usha Venkatraman (storyteller) and Vrushali Chitaley Lele (dancer) and Kala Ramesh (haikai poetry) will bring together a kaleidoscope of colours and emotions for your viewing pleasure.

On Saturdays all summer long since 1956, New York children have gathered around Hans Christian Andersen's statue at the Conservatory Pond in Central Park to hear his tales told by a fine ensemble of storytellers.
